The South Dakota Association for Career and Technical Education is pleased to announce its 2024 Conference will be held at Western Dakota Technical College’s Campus on July 28 – July 31, 2024. The Board of Directors have been diligently planning this event ensuring it will be an edifying experience for all!

The conference provides exhibitors the opportunity to network with career and technical educators, administrators, workforce development providers, and community-based leaders. Conference attendees are respected education authorities who initiate projects and programs and may be making purchasing decisions. Between 300-350 secondary and postsecondary teachers, counselors, and administrators are expected to attend. Below are opportunities for booth-space rental and sponsorships. As a sponsor, we will spotlight your business with varying levels. We appreciate your support.

Trade Show Hours: Tuesday, July 30, 2024 -- 8:00 am - 2:00 pm.

Setup: July 30th -- 7:00 am - 8:00 am

Tear Down: July 30th -- 2:00 pm

Please note: SDACTE reserves the right to assign booth spaces. You will not be given a booth until payment is received. Exhibits will be furnished with tables and 2 chairs.

Deadline for submission is May 31, 2024

All cancellations must be submitted to [email protected] To receive a full refund, a cancellation request must be received by close of business June 30, 2024. Cancellations received starting July 1, 2024, will result in no refund. If a registration has been made and the registration fee is not paid, the registrant is still responsible for any applicable fees or penalties. Meeting no-shows will be charged the confirmed registration rate.
